Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rediset platform ("Service"), operated by Rediset ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for use by businesses and their authorized representatives. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of the organization you represent.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Multi-Tenant Service
Rediset is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform. Each organization operates within its own isolated environment. You may only access data belonging to your own organization. Attempting to access another organization's data is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not sell Your Data to third parties.
6. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not directly store your credit card or billing information.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion or data export.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, delays, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Rediset and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rediset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rediset, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
